Nguyen Man Mechanical Trading Company Limited was founded in 1997 and manufactures steel products for importers, distributors and brands. Since 2009 we have worked with overseas customers, and today 100% of our production is exported to the United States, Europe and Australia.
We build to your drawings and specifications, from a single stamped part to a fully assembled product in retail-ready packaging.
What We Make
- Air conditioner brackets & stands (our main line): mini split wall brackets, heavy-duty and slope roof brackets, ground stands and window AC support brackets.
- Crowd control products: interlocking steel barricades (1-piece and 2-piece, 6.5 ft and 8.5 ft), expandable barriers (11 ft and 16 ft), large loading-dock expandable barriers and steel bollards.
- Carts: barricade storage carts (30 barricades), horizontal stanchion carts (24 posts) and vertical stanchion carts (18 posts).
- Fencing & gates: chain-link fence panels (6 ft x 9.5 ft), 6-bar farm gates and wire mesh gates (4–14 ft), zinc plated hinges.
- Other steel products: red fire extinguisher brackets, aluminum telescopic poles, outdoor faucet covers, bike hooks, metal bed frames and waste bins.
- OEM parts: stamped, formed, welded and plastic injection molded parts made to drawing.

- Cutting: CNC laser cutting, sheet metal cutting and pipe cutting
- Forming: stamping presses up to 150 tons, 150-ton hydraulic presses, sheet metal and pipe bending, roll forming, punching and riveting; our tooling area makes our own molds
- Welding: welding robots and spot welding
- Plastic injection molding: machines up to 380 tons
- Finishing: in-house automatic powder coating line (30 tons per shift); zinc plating through our partners
- Assembly & packaging: full assembly and retail-ready packaging, or export packing to your requirements

Our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system covers production from raw material to final packing. We welcome factory audits, video calls and third-party pre-shipment inspection arranged by your team.
Made in Vietnam
All products are manufactured in our own factories in Vietnam. We cut, form, weld, powder coat and assemble here. A Certificate of Origin is available on request.
